Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for HoloLedger subscriptions.

1. Billing provider
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle. HoloLedger does not directly store full payment card details.
2. Subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms.
- You can cancel from Settings if subscription management is active.
- Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
- You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and Paddle's billing process.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support@hololedger.app and include:
- Your account email.
- The transaction reference, if available.
- The reason for your request.
5. Abuse / misuse
Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse or violation of the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
